Senator Starr spikes Oregon's DMCA type legislation. Makes me curious about how closely they look at these kinds of things - the whole "nice guy" reference about the MPAA lobbyist is kind of revealing.

BTW, yes I am blogging late into the night on a Friday and yes, it is a very accurate picture of my dynamic social life. Blogging while sharing the laughs on "Fairly OddParents" with the girls is extremely rewarding. If you don't know what "Fairly OddParents" is, you're missing out because it is in a tie with "Chalk Zone" as family favorite. If I had watched cartoons this smart when I was a kid . . .
