ABC finds something vaguely familiar about a comment that characterizes Washington state politicians as being terrorized by "citizens signing petitions" and "pulling the rug out from under said pols at the ballot box".

He's talking about California, right? Can we all at least agree that conducting any state government like a New England town meeting is bad?
