CNN.com - Defiant chief justice vows to keep Ten Commandments monument
Throw him to the lions! But, seriously, I would be sympathetic to the lawsuit if it wasn't started by three organizations representing three lawyers who were 'forced' to walk by the monument every day. Is defending the delicate sensibilities of lawyers really the best issue for the ACLU and Southern Poverty Law Center to throw resources at?

Things must be going well in the rest of the country.

I'm going to assume that the third and final player, Rev. Barry Lynn of Americans United for the Separation of Church and State, actually does have a dog in this race.
